Hypnotherapy Sessions
Thank you for visiting.
Through hypnotherapy, you are guided to reconnect with your own inner intelligence - your Authentic Intelligence.
Rather than focusing solely on physical or emotional symptoms, this approach seeks to uncover and understand the root cause of any unwanted condition. This may present as addiction, insomnia, weight challenges, phobias, lack of motivation, ADHD, pain, anxiety, loss of libido, physical illness, depression and more.
In a state of deep relaxation, we gently explore the feelings beneath the symptoms, allowing them to surface in a natural and unforced way. Addressing only the external symptom can offer temporary relief, but lasting change comes from working with the underlying emotional patterns and beliefs. My intention is always to support sustainable, long-term transformation.
At times, the emotions that surface may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable, yet this is often where true healing begins. Every aspect of the personality deserves acknowledgement and integration in order to restore balance and wholeness. By accessing the subconscious mind, we are able to identify and reframe outdated beliefs, releasing patterns that no longer serve you. In contrast, emotional avoidance or suppression tends to provide only short-term, surface level relief.
A healthy mind and body emerge from this process of integration - cultivating self-acceptance, authenticity and inner coherence.
Working with the subconscious in this way allows suppressed emotions and thoughts and beliefs to be gently released, while creating space for new, supportive patterns to take root through subtle yet powerful suggestion and intention. While positive thinking, visualisation and affirmations can be valuable tools, they are most effective when there is no inner emotional conflict.
Our sessions also explore inner dialogue - increasing awareness of thought patterns and self-talk - with the aim of developing a mindful, ongoing practice of observing thoughts without becoming defined by them.
Typically, four to five sessions provide a strong foundation, with additional sessions available as needed. Each person’s process is unique, and you will be supported in developing the tools to maintain your own ongoing practice.
Sessions are deeply relaxing, often bringing a profound sense of peace, clarity and restoration both during and after the experience.
Sessions are available one-to-one in Henley-On-Thames or remotely via Zoom. Online sessions are equally effective, with results just as powerful. (Earphones are required for online sessions.)
My Approach
My aim is to support each person who comes to me in gently connecting with the underlying ‘story’ behind their symptoms. Through skilled and intuitive hypnotherapy, I guide you to uncover deep-seated patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, feelings and physical experience. Together, we access these layers without the need for over-analysis, allowing insight to arise naturally and meaningfully.
When an individual becomes open to, and trusting of, the power of the subconscious mind, the process of change can be profound. Hypnotherapy works with this inner intelligence, enabling what may be negatively affecting you - physically, emotionally or energetically - to be understood, released and resolved. It is a powerful modality in its own right and can also work effectively alongside existing medical care.
While science plays an essential role in our understanding of the body and mind, it often seeks tangible, measurable proof. Yet not all experiences follow linear logic. Soul memory exists beyond this framework, moving quietly beneath conscious awareness - like a subtle rhythm that only becomes perceptible when something awakens it. It is within this space that hypnotherapy becomes especially valuable.
By working directly with the subconscious mind, we can begin to identify and address the root of an issue or imbalance. This approach not only facilitates deep and lasting change, but also honours the connection between inner and outer experience. As within, so without. In this way, healing unfolds over time in a way that is meaningful, integrated and enduring - rather than a temporary fix.
