Hypnotherapy Sessions

Hello, and thank you for visiting. My aim is to help you to re-connect with your own inner AI ~ your Authentic Intelligence.

With the use of hypnotherapy, rather than looking solely at physical or emotional symptoms, there is value in understanding the root cause of any unwanted symptom/s. This could be anything from addiction, insomnia, weight loss, phobias, lack of motivation, pain management, to anxiety, loss of libido, physical illness, depression etc.

Together, through deep relaxation, we explore the feelings behind the symptoms, allowing these emotions to surface naturally and organically. Simply targeting the external symptom without addressing the underlying emotional or belief pattern is a short-term fix, whereas I want to find long term sustainable solutions for anyone who works with me. These emotions might feel a little uncomfortable as they surface, but this is how true healing happens. All aspects of the personality need understanding and integration in order to establish emotional balance. By reaching a state of very deep relaxation we gain access to the subconscious mind, and this helps us to identify and re-frame outdated beliefs and emotional patterns. Integrating and dissolving these patterns is key if you are willing to go there ~ emotional bypassing or numbing is a short term fix, although with deep-seated patterns it is sometimes necessary to start with.

A healthy mind and body are the reward of integrating all the aspects of the personality and psyche into wholeness, self-acceptance and authenticity.

Working with the subconscious in this way helps to ease and release any suppressed feelings, beliefs and emotions. It also creates the space for new belief and emotional patterns to form using subtle yet powerful suggestion and intention. As we are reminded so often these days that our thoughts create our reality - so we become truly powerful when we can master this technique for ourselves, coupled with the power of integrated emotions.

In our sessions together we also examine inner dialogue, the awareness of thought patterns and self-talk, with the aim of this becoming an ongoing mindful habit ~ the practice of observing thoughts but not necessarily believing them.

4 to 5 sessions should cover the groundwork, with ‘top-up’ sessions following whenever necessary, helping everyone to establish and manage their own practice, and everyone’s process is unique.

Sessions are deeply relaxing, and a profound sense of peace and clarity is often experienced during and following a treatment.

Sessions can be one to one in Henley on Thames or remotely via Zoom. Online sessions are very effective and results are just as powerful. (Earphones are required for online sessions.)

My Approach

My aim is to help everyone who comes to me understand the underlying ‘story’ behind their symptoms.  Guiding each person gently and effectively, through hypnotherapy, to reveal any deep-seated negative patterns with my professional training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Together we literally feel for the underlying story without the need for over-analysis.

When an individual accepts and believes in the power of working with their subconscious mind and the positive nature of hypnotherapy, then anything that is negatively affecting them, either physically, emotionally or energetically, can be understood, released and resolved.  Hypnotherapy works well on its own or in conjunction with any existing medical care.

Science is important and necessary but always asks for physical evidence. However soul memory doesn’t follow linear logic, it pulses beneath rationality like a heartbeat you can’t quite hear until something activates it. This is where hypnotherapy is valuable and kicks in.

Working with the subconscious mind in this way and helping to uncover the source of the illness or disorder is not only powerful but helps to resolve issues at a very deep level. As within, so without. In this way, and over time, results are permanent and not just a short-term fix.
